What are the Health Benefits of your misting fountains?
Our Mist Fountains use a ceramic disk electric mist maker that produces a cool mist and a small water spray. The high frequencies created by the disk resonate to create natural mist on the surface of water. No chemicals, dry ice, or heat is needed whatsoever. Therefore, the pure water mist that results adds healthy moisture to any dry environment and the beneficial negative ions generated by the mist maker help to freshen air. It acts as a multi-function humidifier and offers ambient light. You may add a few drops of fragrant oil to the water to give you a clean refreshing environment
By placing clean water into the bowl, you’ll see the cool mist vapor rise from the water immediately. No water pump is needed with our mister fountains.

The shipping and processing charge is designated to compensate our company for providing the services of enabling our customers the convenience of ordering from our Customer Service Department and receiving home-delivery of our products. Fees include the cost of processing your order, packaging and shipping your purchases, and covering overhead costs specifically associated with these services.

What is your guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). All products are guaranteed for 90 Days against defects. Additionally our fiberglass planters come with a limited lifetime warranty. Can I order replacement parts?
Yes, you can order replacement parts for umbrellas. Please have your product number available when corresponding with our customer service representatives. This number can be found on the base of the umbrella pole. All of our umbrella products contain UMB and a number. Please have this handy.
