All major retailers will have Southern Patio items. For a complete list, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-855-836-5574.

2. Where can I register?

We do not register our products anymore.  Please keep all documents and receipt.  These will be needed if there is a warranty concern later on.

3. What is the warranty?

Our products are covered under a manufacturer's 90-day warranty from date of purchases against defects in materials and workmanship.  This warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, abuse or weather related damages.  Look for the full warranty disclosure on our website.

4. How do I file a warranty claim?

5. Can I order online?

Online ordering is not available at this time.  While we appreciate this request and are working towards that goal, we do not currently have this capability.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please send an email to our Customer Service department or call us at 1-855-836-5574.

PLANTERS:

1. How much soil do I put in my planter?

3. When will saucers be available to go with my planters?

We currently do not sell saucers for the planters.

4. Do I take out my drain plug?

If leaving the planter inside do not remove the plug, if your leaving the planter outside the plug can be remove.

How do I winterize my planters?

Polyurethane (Foam), (PU):

1. Empty as much water as possible. If empty, turn upside down, if planted see below.

2. At freezing (32°F), bring in your planter, if planted.

FIBERGLASS

2. Wrap with bubble wrap, a tarp or burlap wrapped in plastic to keep planters from absorbing any more water.
