2. Where can I register?
We do not register our products anymore. Please keep all documents and receipt. These will be needed if there is a warranty concern later on.
3. What is the warranty?
Our products are covered under a manufacturer's 90-day warranty from date of purchases against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, abuse or weather related damages. Look for the full warranty disclosure on our website.
4. How do I file a warranty claim?

We will try to replace with same or comparable item.
5. Can I order online?

1. How much soil do I put in my planter?

3. When will saucers be available to go with my planters?
We currently do not sell saucers for the planters.
4. Do I take out my drain plug?
If leaving the planter inside do not remove the plug, if your leaving the planter outside the plug can be remove.

How do I winterize my planters?
Polyurethane (Foam), (PU):
1. Empty as much water as possible. If empty, turn upside down, if planted see below.
2. At freezing (32°F), bring in your planter, if planted.
FIBERGLASS
